My approach to team coaching begins with a VR-Binding game session, which helps identify actionable items and assess if I’m the right fit as their coach. Regardless of whether the team chooses to continue, they will have immediate takeaways to implement.

Step 2: Coaching Package

If the team chooses to continue, I offer a fixed-price, 3-month People-Minded Leadership coaching package. It includes up to 5 hours of weekly online support and customizable in-person options: half a day or one to two full days per month on-site.

Step 3: Re-Assessment

Step 3: Re-Assessment

At the end of the 3 months, we’ll replay the VR-Binding game to assess the results.

Based on the outcomes, you can choose to extend the coaching with another 3-month package.
