About Me

My Journey So Far

I began my career as a software engineer, working internationally for prominent organizations. These experiences taught me that creating value is more important than just writing great code. They also sparked my interest in leadership, which I see as a series of relationships and therefore a privilege—or perhaps even a responsibility—for all of us, regardless of rank.

Driven by this belief, I earned an MBA and redefined my professional mission: helping others take ownership of their lives. I believe everyone can learn to take ownership, regardless of their position. This principle forms the foundation of my People-Minded Leadership approach.
